The Fireman’s Auxiliary established a scholarship in 2004 in memory of Harold Fournier, who was a friend and supporter of the Fire Department and the auxiliary. The scholarship is awarded annually to a Conway resident who is a graduating high school senior. A committee of auxiliary members has developed the application, they will review the applications, and award one or two $250 scholarship.

Applications are available at townofconway.com, the guidance office at Frontier Regional High School, the guidance office at Franklin Technical School and the Conway Town Office Building. Primary consideration will be given to students that have been involved in community service, extracurricular activities and who plan to further their education in either college, trade school, or a certificate program. Secondary consideration will be given grades and financial need.
