Following a public hearing, the Conway Board of Health voted to enact a regulation entitled “Restricting the Sale of Tobacco Products”.

The regulation includes, but is not limited to, raising the “minimum legal sales age” to 21 years.

The regulation will go into effect on July 1, 2018.
