Many Conway Residents will be at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life on June 8th to 9th. This overnight event celebrates survivorship and raises funds to help the American Cancer Society save lives, help those touched by cancer, and empower individuals to fight back. Members of each team take turns walking or running laps on the track. Each team keeps at least one member on the track at all times.

When the sun goes down on Friday, hundreds of luminaria light the area. In that illuminated dark, we can remember people we have lost to cancer, honor those have fought cancer in the past, and support those whose fight continues. Stop or drive by the fairgrounds to see this extraordinary display.
